We’ll meet once a week for three weeks with each session lasting approximately 45 – 60 minutes. Between sessions, you will have approximately 30 minutes of assignments which will include an interest survey, personality inventory, career search and post-secondary path exploration. On completion, you’ll receive a comprehensive final report with a tailored set of considerations for your review.

Lisa Gilmour, BA, MEd

Principal Coach

Lisa has over 20 years of professional experience as a leader, educator, mentor and coach. She is passionate about life long learning, personal development and enjoys helping others achieve their goals. She has extensive experience in coaching and supporting people, assisting with navigating employment and workplace career changes for persons with disabilities. Lisa has a Master of Education (Post-Secondary Education) and has also taught at the post-secondary level. She has two sons completing post-secondary education and lives in Ancaster, Ontario with her family.
